I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations, if you contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery. Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of purchase.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Seasonal (Holiday) items that were reduced in price
Your sign will be carefully packaged with sturdy packaging to ensure it arrives safely. However, if you receive a damaged sign, please notify me immediately and please email a photo of the damaged item so we can begin the replacement of the sign.
If there is nothing wrong with the sign but for some reason you wish to return it. (size doesn't work where you wanted it, etc.) It may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible to pay for the return shipping. After we have received the return, the buyer will be refunded for the price of the item excluding shipping fees.
Custom or personalized orders may not be returned.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the loss in value will be the responsibility of the buyer
